The EAS Handbook is available to download: The EAS handbook published by the FCC should be printed and posted at all operator positions. It can be downloaded in pdf format. Click HERE to download the handbooks for AM, FM, TV, Cable, Satellite and Wireline Services In coorperation with the Connecticut Broadcasters Association Visit the CBA website here The CBA maintains an EAS Committee with an AMBER Plan sub-committee. Each meets monthly. The EAS Committee produced the first state EAS plan in 1995 and it has been amended twice since then to keep it up to date with FCC rule changes. An AMBER plan was added as an attachment in January of 2002. For a copy of the Connecticut State EAS Plan and/or the AMBER attachment, email Mike Rice in the CBA office at mcrice@prodigy.net.
